The Bhotekoshi river rafting is hands down the top-notch challenging whitewater rafting in Nepal. Originating in Tibet, the river makes its way into Nepal through some of the most jaw-dropping valleys ever witnessed by man. The initial point being Lamosangu Dam is a three-hour drive from Kathmandu. The serpentine Araniko highway provides a panoramic view of the snow-laden peaks like Ganesh Himal, Langtang, and emerald hills.
The best season to visit the Bhote Koshi River for rafting is throughout the year, but the water level and the level of the rapids depend on the season of the year.
Day 01: We will pick you up in your hotel at Kathmandu and Kathmandu to drive 3 to 4 hours to the starting point Lamosangu dam 76 km. Hit this rapid then stop for lunch. After lunch hit this rapid 3 class at about 3 to 4 p.m. at the camp take in the dinner.
Day 02: After breakfast, a quick pack up and set out (approx. 9 to 10 a.m.) run whitewater hit a class 3 rapid. After lunch stop after lunch hit too rapidly and take out point to Dolalghat Bazaar about 2 to 3 p.m., after that you get a hot drink to take out point back to Kathmandu.
