Pisang Peak Climbing-18 days

The expedition begins from the picturesque village of Pisang, following the classic Annapurna Circuit trail. The approach to base camp takes climbers through alpine forests, traditional pastures, and high-altitude landscapes, gradually ascending to Kharka at 4,380 meters, an ideal location for acclimatization and camping. A high camp is then established at approximately 5,400 meters on the south-west ridge, where snow conditions are generally favorable from late November through late March.

Standing at 6,091 meters, Pisang Peak is known for its striking pyramid-shaped summit and offers breathtaking panoramic views of some of the most iconic Himalayan giants, including Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Annapurna II, Annapurna IV, and Gangapurna. The climb itself combines glacier travel, snow slopes, and basic technical sections, providing an authentic mountaineering experience under the guidance of experienced climbing staff.

Beyond the climb, this journey is equally rich in cultural and scenic diversity. After a successful summit, the route continues across the renowned Thorong La Pass (5,416m), one of the highest trekking passes in the world, leading to the sacred pilgrimage site of Muktinath Temple. The trek then descends through the arid landscapes of the Mustang region to Jomsom.

The adventure concludes with a spectacular mountain flight from Jomsom to Pokhara, followed by a comfortable drive back to Kathmandu.
