1.1 All travel packages, tours, and services listed on our website are subject to availability.
1.2 Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of payment as per the package selected.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
1.4 Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including passport details, contact information, and special requirements.
2.1 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other payment methods specified during booking.
2.2 Booking fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the package terms.
2.3 Cancellation by the traveler may incur charges depending on the timing and type of package:
More than 30 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
15–30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
2.4 NepalTourHoliday Adventure reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
3.1 Travelers must obtain valid passports, visas, and other travel documents required by Nepal and any countries visited during the tour.
3.2 NepalTourHoliday Adventure is not responsible for denied entry or visa issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
3.3 Travelers must comply with all local laws, regulations, and immigration requirements.
4.1 Travelers must ensure they are physically fit for the selected tour or trek.
4.2 We strongly recommend travel insurance covering accidents, illness, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation.
4.3 NepalTourHoliday Adventure is not liable for personal injury, illness, or accidents during the tour, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff.
5.1 NepalTourHoliday Adventure acts as an organizer and intermediary for accommodations, transport, trekking guides, and other third-party services.
5.2 We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or loss caused by third-party service providers, weather conditions, political events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend not carrying valuable items unnecessarily.
6.1 Itineraries may be modified due to weather, road conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
6.2 Any changes will be communicated promptly, and reasonable alternatives will be provided.
7.1 All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is owned by NepalTourHoliday Adventure or its licensors.
7.2 Unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.
8.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes.
9.1 NepalTourHoliday Adventure will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in tours.
9.2 Our total liability in connection with any tour or service will not exceed the amount paid by the traveler for that specific service.
